1. generation des corrections par mendelsoft
   

      mendelsoft_all.sh <repertoireOuSeTrouveLesPointsPre>
     sortie :
     <marqueur>.pre.new  : fichier corrige par mendelsoft
     <marqueur>.pre.diff : difference entre le fichier original et la correction
     ALL_RESULT_MENDELSOFT.txt : fichier resume des corrections apportees a mendelsoft
